It feels so lonely sometimes when who/what you are is denied, when it remains unseen and unrecognized for what it actually is.

Every sensitive empath has unique gifts and skills. I can teach you to apply tools and techniques that will serve your well-being and enhance your life.

And how do I know I am one?

An empath is a finely attuned being who perceives the feelings and sensations of other people.

Sounds like a super power yet unrecognized; life can be draining and confusing and leave you feeling a deep soul hunger.

Add a layer of sensitivity to input from your environment …

And circuitry overload!

A sensitive empath takes in information on numerous levels all at once, through the senses.

Finely attuned, your awareness of all that is going on around you – scent, sound, movement, emotional temperature of a space or person – is received all at once and overwhelms you, drains your energy, and draws on the desire to just be alone.

Being a sensitive empath can sometimes feel very lonely and isolating. Life is simply too loud and busy!

YET YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and there is an abundance of support just waiting for your invitation.

Modulation and more

Sensory systems are overloaded, and – for most of us – this requires modulation.

It also requires skill development and communion with helping spirits and energies who offer healings – healings which fortify, reinforce, and calibrate your energy system.

These calibrations support and guide you in your day-to-day life. As you gain insight and understanding about how best to care for yourself, you’ll become more resilient; and your life will align more truly to who you really are.

In a culture set up to SEE you – you’d have a mentor. You’d be an apprentice to an elder in your community who would not know what specifically your gifts were – but would SEE YOU and know you required special care to mine, polish, and shine the gems radiating in the essence of your being.

Your teacher would not only validate your mystery and magic, they would lead you to explore, examine, hone, and develop your talents to serve your highest purpose.

Together, you’d discover the energies that move in you. You’d learn how to work with your gifts in ways that heal yourself and your community, and even affect the world in positive ways.

But too often no one really understands the gifts you embody, gifts that are needed for the healing of humanity and the planet.

That’s where I come in! I’m an empathic sensitive, and my work centers around helping other sensitive empaths heal and grow.

You need healing to balance your over-taxed energy body. Together, along with helping spirits, we’ll soothe, calibrate, upgrade, and hone your system. Reiki, Depth Hypnosis, Shamanic healing, Anointings – all these serve your journey of self-discovery.
